Universal Credit Claimants

📣 Are you receiving Housing Costs on your Universal Credit?
 
📅 Please remember if you are receiving help with housing costs on Universal Credit you will need to update your account on Tuesday 1st April, or just after with your new rent amount. All tenants should have received a letter advising of their new rent amount.
 
📲 When you log into your account on the 1st April you will receive a ‘To-Do’ notification requesting you to update your housing costs, please do not try and do it before this is received.
 
🗣️ If you have a phone claim please call – 0800 328 5644 from 2nd April and update them with your new rent over the phone.
