Working within the Housing and Asset Management teams, this post presents an opportunity to the right individual to make a strong commitment delivering high quality housing, improving our existing properties and providing added value to the tenant and the communities in which we work.
We are looking to recruit for the following post;

Hours of Work | 35 hours per week with flexi time |
Salary | £31,138 to £34,650 plus essential car users allowance |
Holidays | 29 days entitlement pa plus 11 public holidays |
Pension | Defined Contribution Scheme: AHA double employees contribution of 3%, 4% or 5% |
Probation Period | A six month probation period applies to all new employees. There are slightly different terms and conditions of service during this period in respect of notice and sickness absence. |

Angus Housing Association is a social landlord working in Angus and Dundee with over 2000 homes in management and providing factoring services for a further 600 owners. The Association is run by a voluntary Management Committee and employs around 50 staff. With a focus on service that add value to our tenants, the Association recently received funding to recruit an Energy Advisor. This post will work with both our Housing and Asset Management departments to reduce fuel poverty. Working with the Association’s Financial Inclusion Team, this post presents an opportunity to the right individual to make a strong commitment to delivering high quality housing services, improving our existing properties and providing added value to tenants and communities in which we work.
Qualified or working towards a relevant qualification, you should have a proven track record of providing energy advice. You should possess an awareness of the issues facing social housing and demonstrate excellent time management and customer facing skills.
