Angus Housing Association is a key provider of affordable housing to rent in Dundee and Angus. We have offices in Arbroath and Dundee from which we manage over 2,000 houses.
We currently have the following vacancy:
| Post Title | Maintenance Operative |
| Place of Work | Based at The Square, Ormiston Crescent, Dundee, DD4 0UD. |
| Hours of Work | 35 hours per week with flexi time. |
| Salary | £39, 536 – 43,927 |
| Holidays | 29 days entitlement pa plus 11 public holidays |
| Pension | Defined Contribution Scheme: AHA double employees’ contribution of 3%, 4% or 5% |
| Probation Period | A six-month probation period applies to all new employees. There are slightly different terms and conditions of service during this period in respect of notice and sickness absence. |
| Closing Date | 12 noon on the 16th May 2025. |
