It is the Owners responsibility to ensure that their property has sufficient Buildings Insurance in place.

The Association can arrange for Buildings Insurance for owners on their behalf.

The current costs for Buildings Insurance is £90.87 per annum, this provides  a cover of £193,524 for the property. You can increase this amount if desired.

The current premium runs from 01/10/24 to 30/09/25.
