Career Opportunities with the Association

Angus Housing Association is a key provider of affordable housing to rent in Dundee and Angus. We have offices in Arbroath and Dundee from which we manage over 2,000 houses.

Over the next 3 to 4 years, we will grow considerably as we build new homes to help the Scottish Government reach its target of building 35,000 affordable homes for rent.

In anticipation of this growth, we have reviewed our Staffing Structure to ensure that we also continue to deliver excellent services to our tenants as we grow. We are, therefore, recruiting new staff for the following posts;

SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER
(EVH Grade 8 – PA28 37,412 TO PA31 40,476 per annum plus Essential User Car Allowance)

This is a new post. The post-holder will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating all of our first point of contact relationships with our tenants and other customers. You will also join our Management Team and be responsible for the day to day management and supervision of our 6 Customer Service Advisers.

HOUSING OFFICER
(EVH Grade 7 – PA22 31,282 TO PA25 34,350 per annum plus Essential User Car Allowance)

We are expanding our housing management and maintenance services by recruiting a fifth Housing / Maintenance Officer team. This post-holder will provide all Housing Management services to around 400 tenants.

MAINTENANCE OFFICER
(EVH Grade 7 – PA22 31,282 TO PA25 34,350 per annum plus Essential User Car Allowance)

With responsibility for all maintenance functions, including contract supervision, for the same geographical area as the Housing Officer, you will work in partnership with your management counterpart to provide a service for around 400 tenants.

2 x CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISERS
(EVH Grade 5 – PA13 23,287 TO PA16 25,880 per annum)

These posts provide first point of contact services to tenants and other customers contacting us in person at our offices, by telephone or online. Both of these posts will be based in our Dundee office.
